Tell me a bit about yourself

- I am 23 years old. I was born when my mom was 21 weeks

pregnant, and I only weighed 14 ounces at birth

What genre/s do you write in?

- I write contemporary romance

How long have you been writing?

- I actually, believe it or not, found my love for writing at a

very early age. In fifth grade, I was writing a story for Halloween and

after, my teacher loved it because she said and I quote, “she has

such an imagination for someone so young”. When I entered middle

school, I started reading and writing and started my first book series

in eighth grade. So, to sum it all up, I’ve been writing since I was 14

Do you have any published books or articles? Tell me a bit about

these and what publishing route you took.

- I have not published any books or articles and the route I

took was self-publishing

Did you use an editor? If so, who?

I edit all of my books myself

Did you use a book formatter and cover designer?

- Yes, I have a friend who cover designs for me

Did you self-publish or get traditionally published? How did this go

for you?

- I self-publish

How do you market your work and promote your brand? (Include

links)

- I use Facebook or Instagram

What social media and writing platforms would you recommend?

- For social media, I recommend Facebook or Instagram and

for writing platforms, I recommend Dream, AnyStories or PopInk

Do you use an agent?

- No

Do you use paid advertising? If so, what?

- I do not use paid advertising

Do you have a blog or website?

- No

What inspires you most to write?

- My life experiences, books I have read, or movies I have seen

What do you do to help with writer’s block?

- I usually walk or take a nap to clear my brain

How do you plan your writing and start?

- I just think a lot and have a lot of stories in my head. All I do

is write the story

Is writing your full-time job? If not what else do you do?

- Yes, it is

What are you working on at the moment?

- I am working on eight different projects but, currently, I am

working on a novel called Broken Hearts

What is your target audience?

- Young adult

How long does it take you to write a book?

- It takes me 3-6 months to write a book

When did you first discover you enjoyed writing?

- In elementary school

What is your writing schedule look like?

- I usually write whenever I can

What does your family think about you writing?

- My family thinks that writing is not a real job and that it is just

a hobby

What do you do when you are not writing?

- I take naps, exercise, watch movies or read

Where do you get information and ideas for your writing?

- My life experiences, books I have read, or movies I have seen

What do you think makes a good story?

- The ideas, the setting, plot, and characters
